  • Liability: I am not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of the translation, nor for any delays caused by you (e.g., late provision of source texts or feedback).

  • Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to use the translation for its intended purpose.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or my services.

  • My total liability for any claim related to my services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the project in question.
